<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power transfer efficiency within an electromagnetic clutch by arranging a clutch spring return constraint part for preventing the elastic restoration of a clutch spring when an output pulley is rotated further to a return side from a recovery position around the clutch spring of the electromagnetic clutch. SOLUTION: A clutch spring return constraint part 8f is formed at an output pulley 8 so that it projects. The clutch spring return constraint part 8f is gear- locked to a first gear-lock part 38b of a clutch spring 38 to prevent the clutch spring 38 from elastically restoring more than needed when the output pulley 8 is rotated from the recovery position further to a return side for greatly and elastically restoring the inner diameter by a clutch spring 38 of an electromagnetic clutch 7, thus preventing time lag from being generated when the output pulley 8 being rotated to a return side is rotated to an advance side and improving the efficiency for transferring power.</p> |
