The track (2) comprises, either side a horizontal section (10), two upwards curved sections (11). The structure (1) rests on a trailer (3) having a length corresponding to the width of the track and a width corresponding to the length of the track horizontal section. The track curved sections are composed of segments articulated either side the trailer so as to be able to completely fold the curved sections into the space overhanging the trailer. The curved sections are composed of at least two segments (20,22) articulated so as to be able to fold this curved section on itself before folding it into the overhanging space. Each curved section is overhung by a platform (23) which extends horizontally when the structure is deployed.
