PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit the management of information necessary for the file maintenance and also to make continuous maintenance jobs executable by providing an input device, a display device, a store device which stores the relative information on a file to be operated, an end decision part which decides the end of the file and an access part which transfers the stored information to a processing part or transfers the bind information to a store part. SOLUTION: A store device 20 stores a file to be operated by an operator, a file generating application software and the relative information on the file. A control part 11 of a terminal device 10 performs the total control of the device 10 and a display device 12 displays the operating contents and results. An input device 13 acquires the input data, a storage 14 fetches the input signals and an end decision part 15 decides the end of the file from the inputted information. An access part 16 reads the relative information on the file out of a store device 20, stores these information in the device 20 or reads the file to be operated and its generating application software out of the device 20.
