PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single layer type positively chargeable electrophotographic photoreceptor high in sensitivity. SOLUTION: The positively chargeable electrophotographic photo-receptor is provided on a conductive substrate 1 with a single layer type photosensitive layer 2 containing a phthalocyanine compound and a positive hole transfer compound and an electron transfer compound, and this phthalocyanine compound has at least one of titanium, gallium, and silicon as a central metal and it is contained in this photoreceptor in an amount of 2-20 weight % of the binder resin.
