PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact lens-barrel of which plural movable lens groups are driven using driving force of one driving source, and of which full barrel length and the projected area in the optical axis direction are short and small. SOLUTION: This lens-barrel is constituted by providing the first lens holding member 17 driven in the optical axis direction by a driving source (for example, by engaging with a lead screw rotation-driven by a motor), a turning member 16 attached to a fixed barrel constituting member (for example, a fixed lens holding member 12) to be turnable toward an optical axis direction, and turn- driven by the first lens holding member 17 movable in the optical axis direction, and the second lens holding member 9 driven in the optical axis direction by the turning member 16 turned.
