PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a program which has plural character input systems. SOLUTION: The switching is performed by a switch 24 between a system where the characters inputted from a keyboard are converted into the characters including Kana (Japanese syllabary) characters and a system where the Japanese phonetic reading ways inputted in voices are recognized in voices. The character strings which are outputted from both systems are stored in a work area 25 in the output order and then undergo the post-processing. Thus, the character processing results of plural systems are successively stored in a storage means and accordingly the storage means stores the character strings obtained from both plural input systems together. Thereby, the characters can collectively undergo a post-processing.
