PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a through hole for measurement according to the diameter of a particle to be inspected. SOLUTION: The particle-measuring device is provided with a detection block 3 with a through hole 2 for detecting particles, a first cell 4 for supplying liquid containing the particle to the through hole 2 by wrapping it with sheath liquid, a second cell 5 for receiving liquid containing the particle passing through the through hole 2 and the sheath liquid for unloading, an electrode 6 being provided at the first and second cells, and a slide member for changing the gap between the first and second cells by supporting either of them slidably. The detection block 3 is pinched at the gap between the first and second cells so that it can depart and is watertightly connected to the first and second cells.
