PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for user by providing a security service corresponding to input information from a terminal. SOLUTION: Communication control equipment 5 transmits transmitter information and position information reported by a communication request from a terminal 30 to a computer 12. In the computer 12, a transmitter information analytic part 14 analyzes the received transmitter information and position information on the basis of a transmitter information relational database 16 and a position information relational database 17, generates control information and outputs it to a security control part 18. On the basis of the control information, the security control part 18 requests security control to a security controller 24. In the security controller 24, a security control part 26 requests security lock control to a lock processing part 27 and entering/leaving is possible or impossible.
