PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generating of unnatural distortion due to the difference of photographing directions in a panoramic picture to be generated by providing a photographing camera and a photographing parameter calculating means for calculating the photographing parameter of a camera based on a photographing picture photographed by means of the photographing camera. SOLUTION: When the input part 163 of a panorama video display part 160 receives input from a user, an overlapping area detecting part 187 obtains an area where videos photographed by a first camera part 100 and a second camera part 130 are overlapped. At the time of dividing a featured block, namely video, within the frame of video 1 photographed by means of the first camera part 100 and the second camera part 130 into blocks consisting of 16 pictures×16 pixels, a feature point extracting part 166 obtains a block maximizing its distributed value. Then, through the use of this feature point, a photographic parameter arithmetic part 169 compares the size and the perspective drawing of an object in video to calculate the photographic parameter of the part 130 from the comparing result.
