PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform relay by providing an outputting means outputting a relay request to another device when communication with a prescribed opposite party can not performed and a relaying means performing relay when battery residual quantity being equal to or more than a fixed value is left in the case the relay request is received. SOLUTION: When a 'relay request' packet to which the number of relay data (number of packets) N is attached is received in S201, in S202, a battery voltage is read to check self-battery residual quantity. In S205, voltage Vn needed for relay is calculated from voltage for transmitting the number N of relay packets. In S206, a battery voltage V acquired in S202 is compared with the needed voltage Vn calculated in S205. Relay is decided as available when the voltage V is higher than the voltage Vn, and in S208, the relay request is accepted and response is performed. |
