PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the head pressure in a bathtub accurately even when air is mixed into water or hot water supplied from water or hot water injection piping by operating a circulation means for a predetermined time after completing an operation for injecting water or hot water from the water or hot water injection piping through circulation piping into the bathtub. SOLUTION: A decision section 15a compares a pressure level detected by a pressure sensor 7 with a water level detected upon completion of hot water filling and stored in a storage section 15b. When they match each other, hot water supply to a bathtub 11 is stopped by closing an on/off valve 3 and circulation piping 5 is conducted by opening a two-way valve 13. Subsequently, the operation of a pump 4 is started and the decision section 15a compares the time counted after starting operation of the pump 4 with a preset time stored in the storage section 15b, i.e., an operating time required for discharging an air layer remaining in both hot water injection piping 1 and circulation piping 5 plus an appropriate margin, and stops the pump 4 upon elapsing that time.
