PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication control method that can limit connection to a pay information server or the like by limiting a connectable line and to obtain a communication terminal. SOLUTION: Limit information to limit a connection destination for dialup connection is set to a communication terminal 12. When a computer 10 makes a dialup connection request, the communication terminal 12 discriminates whether or not the connection is allowed on the basis of a telephone number being a connection destination making a connection request and set limit information, and only when the permitted connection is discriminated, the telephone number of the connection destination is sent to a public communication line 20 to attain the communication. Thus, automatic dialup connection to an unintended connection destination can be prevented.
