PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of an electrophotographic system or the like in which a magnetic sheet is not attracted to internal component parts and attracting force to a magnetic notice board is not spoiled though image forming can be executed. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with fixing means 10A and 10B fixing a toner image formed on recording material, and a magnetization means 11 arranged on a more downstream side than the fixing means 10A and 10B and magnetizing magnetic recording material M which passes through the fixing means, has a magnetic layer and is not magnetized yet. Thus, the material M is not magnetized yet until it passes through the fixing means, so that the material M is prevented from being attracted to the magnetic parts inside while it is being carried. Therefore, jamming etc., are prevented from occurring.
