PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To serve contents customized for a user viewing broadcast contents by using a specific broadcast reception system among broadcast reception systems that receive a broadcast from one broadcast station and to allow the broadcast reception system to customize broadcast contents received for a real time for a personal user of the broadcast reception system. SOLUTION: In the case that received broadcast contents include receiver side dependent element contents that can be revised at a broadcast reception system side in this invention (S1), the revision processing of the receiver side dependent element contents is conducted in real time by utilizing local environment information being various attribute information sets of an environment where a broadcast reception system is in operation and that is stored in a local environment information storage means (S2), and the broadcast contents whose contents are revised are outputted to a prescribed display device, speaker or a prescribed storage means (S3).
