PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the stagnation of transactions even when plural transactions occur by using a transaction execution device which stores partial data received from a terminal device and processing these partial data when an execution request is received from the terminal device. SOLUTION: A computer 2 gives a transaction identifier to the received partial data to identify the transaction concerning the partial data and also gives a data group identifier to the partial data to identify the partial data. The partial data having the transaction and data group identifiers are transmitted to a computer 1. The computer 1 stores the received partial data in a buffer 120 and then processes the stored partial data when plural partial data necessary executing the transactions are stored in the buffer 120 via the transaction identifier and after an execution request is received from the computer 2.
