PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power circuit which can output both positive and negative voltages and which can be reduced in size and weight and can have a high efficiency. SOLUTION: A first and a second winding N4, N5 of a transformer are coupled in such a manner that one terminal of one winding may have the opposite polarity from that of one terminal of the other winding. The other terminals of these windings are connected and grounded. One terminal of the second winding N5 is connected by the anode of a first diode D1 and the cathode of the diode D1 is used as a positive voltage output terminal P1. On the other hand, one terminal of the first winding N4 is connected by the cathode of a second diode D2 and the anode of the diode D2 is used as a negative voltage output terminal P2. Due to this structure, both positive and negative voltages can be outputted although the transformer is provided with only two windings, and the size and weight of the entire device can be reduced, Moreover, the two windings are connected directly, which increases the power conversion efficiency.
