PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting device that a wide angle adjustment range and moreover an adjustment mechanism which can be made small and simplified. SOLUTION: Tapers 27, 28 are formed on both ends of a pipe 26 of a device main body 21 and an arm 31 to support an antenna is inserted into the inside of the pipe 26. A frame 32 of truncated-cone shape is welded and fitted to the taper 27 of the pipe 26 on the way of the arm 31. A female screw 33 is provided on the tip of the arm 31, and a bolt 34 is screwed into the female screw 33 via a truncated cone washer member 37. One face of the truncated cone washer member 37 abuts on the tip of the pipe 26, and a conical projection is inserted between the pipe 26 and the arm 31. Loosening the bolt 34 allows the arm 31 to be turned and tightening the bolt 34 brings the frame 32 and the truncated cone washer member 37 into press contact with the tapers 27, 28 of the pipe 26 to fix them.
