PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide internal wiring cables with EMI-countermeasures at low cost as well as easily by attaching mechanisms for winding the internal wiring cables to a housing case, such that all of their winding axis are oriented in one direction. SOLUTION: After printed wiring boards or electronic components 3 are fixed, wiring cables 2 are attached to winding mechanisms 1. Each cable 2 is wound around the corresponding mechanism 1, in such a way that a half portion extending from its point attached to the mechanism 1 is wound in one direction and the other half portion in the opposite direction so that both portions do not slack. Furthermore, the mechanisms 1 are attached to a housing case 4 such that all their winding axes 101 are oriented in one direction. According to this arrangement, since the axes 101 are oriented in the same direction, the electromagnetic waves generated by the cables 2 can be regulated in one direction, and countermeasures on electromagnetic interference become easily provided by the case 4. Furthermore, since each cable 2 is wound around the corresponding mechanism 1 with its half portion, extending from its point attached to the mechanism 1 in one direction and the other half portion in the opposite direction, noise is cancelled out to reduce the noise caused by the electromagnetic waves.
