PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive ball feeding device, which can chuck conductive balls to a transfer head rapidly and accurately. SOLUTION: In a conductive ball feeding device which feeds conductive balls to a transfer head in a state such that the balls are arranged, a container 54 which has guide holes 55a capable of making the balls 4 pass in its lower surface and houses a plurality of the balls 4, and a line light source 26 to emit light to recesses for holding the balls 4, are integrally moved on an arrangement member 10 provided with the recesses in a prescribed arrangement. As a result, an inspection of the arrangement of the balls 4 on the member 10 and a mistake of the arrangement can be made by the same operation and with the feed of the balls performed rapidly and accurately, the simplification of the mechanism of the feeding device can be contrived.
