PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive connector, capable of carrying a current of relatively large capacity. SOLUTION: For this connector, after male and female side part connectors 11, 12 are connected to each other, pins 16,17 of the made side part connector 11 are brought into press contact with sleeves 27, 28 of the female side part connector 12 with large pressure from their superposing direction by a terminal connection jig 35 and a plate spring 38. Therefore, the contact areas of the corresponding connection terminals 16-27, 17-28 are increased, and connection strength among them is also increased. As a result, each electrical resistance between the respective connection terminals 16-27, 17-28 is reduced, and heat generation in the connector connection part is restrained. Thereby, a relatively large-capacity current can be carried, even if the connector 10 is relatively compact.
