PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device much thinner. SOLUTION: A movable chassis 14 is moved up and down by a vertical moving means according to an external selection command signal, and the height of a disk selection lever 22 is matched with a disk 13a to be selected among standby disks 13. Then, the disk selection lever 22 is rotated, the outer peripheral part of the disk 13a is pushed out by the drum-like rotation follower member 21 of its tip, and it is carried to a reproducing position while being guided by a disk carrying guide 19. In this state, when a drum-like rotary-driving member 17 is rotary-driven by a motor M to rotate the disk 13a, the drum-like rotation follower members 18 and 21 are rotated following the rotation of the disk 13a, and thus the disk 13a is rotated while being stably held, and reproducing is carried out by a pickup 16.
