PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a resonance frequency and to miniaturize a device as a whole. SOLUTION: A biaxial actuator 15 as the driving device is provided with a displacement and cooperation member 14 which comprises a fixation part 25 which is formed of an elastic and conductive material so as to be nearly flat sheetlike, which is installed nearly in the center in a longitudinal direction nearly at right angles to the optical axis of an objective lens 8 and which is fixed to the outer circumferential part of a holder support member 13. The displacement and cooperation member comprises displacement cooperation parts 26, 26, 26, 26 which are inclined and formed rectilinearly with reference to the longitudinal direction, to which other ends of elastic members 12 are fixed and which support a lens holder 11 so as to be displaceable in a biaxial direction in cooperation with the elasticity of every elastic support member 12.
