摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact fluid measuring device capable of measuring the weight and thickness of a measured object such as a sheet or a tape, which is wide in width, long, and thin in thickness, in a non contact manner. SOLUTION: A measured object 2 is floated on a floater 3 kept at a fixed pressure to measure its weight and thickness. Air is spouted from discharge holes 5, 6 toward the measured object 2 on the floater 3. When the air reflected from the measured object 2 flows into a back pressure detecting hole 7, the air pressure of the back pressure detecting hole 7, i.e., the pressing force applied by the measured object 2 via a fluid, is converted into the weight and thickness of the measured object 2 by a pressure sensor 8. Since the pressing force has a fixed relation to the weight and thickness of the measured object 2, the weight and thickness of the measured object 2 can be measured in a non contact manner by arithmetically processing the pressure signal based on the pressing force.
