PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly reduce raster moire on the whole screen area generated strongly in the peripheral part by slightly rotating the screen to the right and left at each vertical cycle. SOLUTION: A DC voltage is applied to a terminal INPUT 1, and a potential repeating potentials Hi and Lo at each vertical cycle is applied to a terminal INPUT 2. These voltages are summed by operational amplifiers IC1 and IC2, and are current-amplified by an operational amplifier IC3, and the current is made to flow through a rotation coil L1. Although the rotation coil is normally to correct a right or left inclination of raster by making a DC current flow through there, the raster is rotated to the right and left at each one volt by arranging the current to be made to flow through the rotation coil in such a manner. Thus, the raster can be increased in the up-and-down movement in the right and left peripheral parts on the screen compared with that in the central part. As a result, the raster moire appearing strongly in the peripheral parts can effectively be reduced.
