PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the read of address information recorded as waveforms of wobbles provided at grooves of a disc for recording signals on lands and grooves even at the record playback time on not only the grooves but lands, using only one laser beam. SOLUTION: A detected wobble waveform 175 intersects time points 1761, 1762,..., 176n ascendingly in relation to a base axis, synchronizing signals D1, D2,..., Dn are generated at the points 1761, 1762,..., 176n, and hence synchronizing signals for playback signals can be generated, without forming special wobbles different from those for forming fine clock marks for generating the synchronizing signals in the tracks. |
