PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of a piezoelectric actuator which has a diaphragm composed by laminating piezoelectric elements, and performs diving by vibrating the diaphragm. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 2 is provided with a diaphragm 8 of laminated piezoelectric elements 10 to which a lead wire 14a is soldered, a metallic supporting ring 12 to which a lead wire 14b is soldered, and an upper case 4 and a lower case 6 which are both made from ABS resin. the diaphragm 8 is put on the upper surface of the supporting ring 12, and the vibrating board 8 is interposed and fixed to the supporting ring 12, by bending a thin board part P at the upper end part of the supporting ring 12 toward the diaphragm 8 side, and caulking it. Besides, the supporting ring 12 is interposed and fixed between the upper case 4 and the lower case 6, and the diaphragm 8 is sealed and housed inside each case 4, 6. Application of AC driving voltage between individual lead wires 14a, 14b led outside is enough, to drive the piezoelectric element 10. |
