PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring GUI effective for load reduction or the like capable of preventing the imposition of excess monitoring load on an operator. SOLUTION: The graphic user interface is provided with a display device 22 for displaying a system diagram on a display screen, a storage device 17 for storing received system information and a picture display processing part 13 for monitoring and displaying pictures by using the system information. A macro system diagram is displayed on the display screen of the display device 22 and a system monitoring state executed by the processing part 13 is displayed in the macro system diagram so as to be identified by marking.
