PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the recovery and the peeling of developer and magnetic force at a drawing-up part, to make the carrying of developer uniform and to improve image quality by arranging a magnetization head in space between parts where magnetic waveforms having the same pole are adjacent. SOLUTION: This magnet roll constituted by attaching plural fan-shaped pieces 3 on the periphery of a shaft 2 is provided with a magnetization head 5 for magnetizing a magnetic pole, the wiring 6 of the head 5, and the magnetization head 7 for space between the waveforms having the same pole. The head 7 is made to abut on the outer periphery of the bonded part of magnetic field forming pieces 3 between a recovering and peeling pole S3 and a drawing-up pole S2 whose poles are the same. The magnetization waveform of this part is lowered from a broken line to a solid line, so that the previous developer is easily dropped from a sleeve. By arranging the head 7 in the space between the parts where the magnetic waveforms having the same pole are adjacent, the specified angle of waveform expressed by the magnetization waveform and the specified angle of the magnetic force are controlled. |
