PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fluctuations in the temperature sensing operational characteristic of an installed temperature fuse by constituting a temperature fuse assembly through pulling out lead conductors from a thin body part, enclosing a low melting point fusible alloy and a plate-like holder, having a fitting hole or a recess part of the thin body part and being used to be positioned on the temperature fuse installing surface of an apparatus. SOLUTION: In a thin temperature fuse 1, the tip parts of axial type belt-like lead conductors 12, 12 are fixed on a plastic base film by an adhesive and fusion, and a plate-like holder 2 has a fitting hole 21 for adjusting the whole contour or a part of the contour to a specific position with respect to an apparatus outer surface. A thin body part 10 of the temperature fuse is fitted to the fitting hole 21 of the plate-like holder 2, and the whole contour of the plate-like holder 2 is adjusted to the whole contour of a temperature fuse installing surface 3 of an apparatus, to be fixed to the temperature fuse installing surface 3 to eliminate fluctuations in a temperature-sensing operational characteristics of the temperature fuse caused by positional dislocation. |
