PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transfer a high speed screen such as moving picture and improve the cost/performance of an education and training system and economical effect by providing a control software which transfer and display the size of a screen in an enlarged size, reduced size or a size as it is to the displays of personal computers for students. SOLUTION: A personal computer for a teacher 101 displays, for example, a teacher's screen 103 on the display, and the part which the teacher wants to transfer to the personal computers of the students is designated as a selection part 104. The control software 102 transfers only the picture in the range of the selection part 104 to the personal computer 201 of the student and the personal computer 2n1 for the student via a network 300. The personal computer 201 for the student displays a student's screen 203 on the display by using the control software 202. Therein, if the control software displays the student's screen 203 in the entire displayable range of the display, the student can see the enlarged screen which is displayed in the entire display at a high speed with a comparatively small amount of data which flows on a network 300.
