PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a function block from malfunctioning when the function block is connected to a bus. SOLUTION: A function block connecting device connects to the bus B1 multiple function blocks having electric circuits and electric elements. Each function block has an access detecting means 2 which detects an access signal that a function block which is already connected to the bus is accessing, and generates an access time detection signal and a logical connection means 3 which connects each function block logically to the bus when the access detecting means does not generate the access time detection signal.
