PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide durability with respect to inserting and drawing a male connector in an FPC used on the side of a manufacturing device or an inspection device. SOLUTION: Respective plate-like conductors 2a-2e are each separately and independently fixed to a fixing part 3 formed of an insulating material, such as resin so as to project the side inserted into a female connector. The fixing part 3 fixes the respective plate-like conductors 2a-2e arranged side by side in the widthwise direction in a form catching them from the upper and lower sides. The part of each of the plate-like conductors 2a-2e, caught in by the fixing part 3 has a shape wound in the widthwise direction, while keeping a gap T between the respective plate-like conductors 2a-2e in a substantially constant width and enhances strength for preventing the coming off of each of the plate-like conductors 2a-2e from the fixing part 3 with respect to the force in inserting and extracting directions with respect to a female connector.
