PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating tube capable of reliably displaying insulation performance, even in a humid place. SOLUTION: An insulation object A is composed of an electrode 35b of a lamp 35 and the exposed end part of the conductor 36a of a lead wire 36R soldered to this electrode 35b. A tube body 37a of an insulating tube 37 is suspended over the lamp 35 and the lead wire 36R, so as to wrap up the insulation object A. A hot melt adhesive 37b is applied on the inner peripheral surface of the tube body 37a, and the hot melt adhesive 37b is bonded to the lamp 35 to the lead wire 36R, to seal the insulation objective A.
