The structure of holes passing through the substrates with high impedance material enables supply of a high frequency signal without perturbation of the local field. The device comprises a dielectric substrate (5a) on which one surface carries a conductor (1) and the other surface carries an earth conductor (6a). A further dielectric substrate (5b) is in contact with the first conductor (1), and carries a second earth conductor (6b) on its second surface. The two substrates (5a,5b) form a conductor line with earth conductors on the outside. A hole (10) is formed in the central conductor enabling supply of an external signal (7) to this conductor, and further holes (4) allow connection between the two earth conductors, and connection of an external earth point (9). A high impedance section is formed near to the central conductor at the point where the hole passes through it.
