摘要 The clamping floor comprises a structure made from clamping beams (2) placed on a leveling course and connected together by a half wood intersection at the corners of the building and each junction of the other load bearing walls. Steel tie bars (3) are integrated in notches (3') made in the beams. The tie rods pass through the walls and are terminated in the facade by forged steel dampers (5) tightened on the tie rods by nuts. The beams comprise on three faces included in the masonry connections constituted by projecting hard wood pegs (8).
