PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable the easy dislodgment of a label of an article, to which a thermosensitive label via a UV curing type resin coating film is stucke, even if this article is immersed in water. SOLUTION: The article with the thermosensitive label is formed by sticking a thermosensitive label 1 on which a coating film consisting of the UV curing type resin is formed and which has a thermoadhesive resin layer 5 consisting of an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin or ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid resin on this coating film onto the article surface. The thickness of the thermoadhesive resin layer is, for example, about 5 to 40μm.
