DEVICE FOR CLEANING OIL COOLER WITH OIL CHANGER OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: An oil cooler cleaning apparatus by using an oil changer of an automatic transmission is provided to lengthen a life span of an oil cooler and the automatic transmission by cleaning the oil cooler by circulating cleaning fluid, and to improve performance of the engine by cooling efficiently. CONSTITUTION: An oil changer of an automatic transmission is composed of the automatic transmission having intake and discharge couplers; an oil cooler(4) cooling oil of the automatic transmission; a new oil tank containing new oil for replacing used oil; a new oil supply pipe connected to the intake coupler to receive new oil; a used discharge pipe connected to the discharge coupler to discharge used oil; a first solenoid valve(10) regulating flow of new oil; a first motor pump(9) supplying pressure of new oil; a cleaning fluid tank(3) containing cleaning fluid; a second motor pump(13) supplying pressure of cleaning fluid by connecting the cleaning fluid tank and the intake coupler through the cleaning fluid supply pipe; and a third solenoid valve regulating circulation of cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid supply pipe is connected to the used oil discharge pipe and to the second solenoid valve. The oil cooler is cleaned with circulating cleaning fluid. The performance of the engine is maximized with improving cooling efficiency.
