PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical information recording medium in which the reloadable number of times is increased for the purpose of using it as a high density disk in the coming generation or the like. SOLUTION: A phase transition type optical information recording medium having a first dielectric layer 2, a recording layer 3, a second dielectric layer 4, a reflecting layer 5 and a protective layer 6 laminated on a substrate 1 in this order comprises SiON (sialon) used in any of the first dielectric layer 2 and the second dielectric layer 4 or in the both and in a part or all of each dielectric layer. |
