PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electromagnetic wave generated in a switch mechanism during continuous operation of a motor. SOLUTION: A switching relay 28 interposed between a battery 27 and the power supply side fixed terminal 22 of a sliding contact switch 15 connects the battery 27 with the power supply side fixed terminal 22 when a wiper switch 12 is at off position P1 and does not connect the battery 27 with the power supply side fixed terminal 22 but connects the power supply side fixed terminal 22 with an earth line 29 when the wiper switch 12 is at low speed position P2 or high speed position P3. When the wiper switch 12 is at low speed position P2 or high speed position P3 and an electromagnetic coil 28a is excited with the voltage of the battery 27 through the wiper switch 12, the switching relay 28 disconnects the battery 27 from the power supply side fixed terminal 22. |
