PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom wall panel structure enhancing the cleaning workability of a wall panel to be mounted with a mirror and capable of enhancing its appearance. SOLUTION: This bath room wall panel structure is used for mounting a mirror and the like on a predetermined wall panel 3b of a bath room, with a bath tub disposed therewithin. The mirror is mounted on the wall panel 3b by means of a mirror panel 10, while a luminaire 12 is mounted integrally substantially in a continuously connected state on the upper part of the mirror panel 10. The front surface of the luminaire 12 is formed substantially into a flat surface, for example, and the luminaire 12 is mounted substantially in a continuously connected state between the upper part of the mirror panel 10, provided vertically along the wall panel 3b and ceiling panels of the bath room. The width of a lighting cover 13 of the luminaire 12 is set to be substantially the same as the width of the mirror panel, while it is set to be substantially the same as the width of one of the bisected ceiling panels.
