PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain further natural masking correction by removing a signal generated from a speaker from the synthetic sound of a surrounding noise with a signal generated from the speaker, and exactly extracting the surrounding noise. SOLUTION: In this acoustic reproducing device, a first microphone 16 is arranged outside a dust cap 15 of a speaker unit 14, and a second microphone 17 is arranged inside the dust cap 15, and each output signal is processed by a low pass filter 18 and a high pass filter 19, and added by an adder 20. Then, the size of an input signal can be adjusted based on the signal obtained through the addition.
