PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote loading executing method and system constructing a client environment in a client/server constitution by automatically installing software according to an instruction from a server side even when any software necessitating reboot is present at the time of install. SOLUTION: An agent 12 is down-loaded from a server 100 to a client 200 before install, and the install from an install file 13 to the client 200 is executed according to an execution script S by referring to a management recording file 10. Also, the management recording file 10 is updated according to the install executing state. When the agent 12 is down-loaded to the client 200 again after reboot, the install is continued from the install file 13 according to the execution scrip S by referring to the management recording file 10, and the management recording file 10 is updated according to the install executing state.
