PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a cap structure of battery of such a configuration that a cap body furnished with a nipping piece is put on a secondary battery, etc., on its one side and the battery body is forcedly mounted by the use of the nipping piece, and thereby it can be taken out easily, for example from a recess in a charger. SOLUTION: A cap structure of a battery is composed of a battery body 1, a cap body 2 to close partially the periphery of the battery body 1, and a nipping piece 3 formed on the periphery of the cap body 2 in a single piece therewith.
