PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device which stabilizes contact resistance and is applicable to a switch used with a minute current. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a case 1 having a storage part, an operation lever 2 attached to the case 1, a return spring 3 energizing the operation lever 2 to returning direction, a fixed contact 4b provided inside the case 1, and a movable contact 5 coming in contact with/departing from the fixed contact 4b. When the operation lever 2 is being returned by an energizing force of the return spring 3, a contact part 5b of the movable contact 5 comes in contact with the fixed contact 4b, and the contact part 5b is deformed further elastically by the energizing force of the return spring 3. When the operation lever 2 is stopping, the contact part 5b of the movable contact 5 comes into contact with the fixed contact 4b at a location different from the contact position on the return path.
