PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heater usable outdoors. SOLUTION: If there is a sufficient time to spare before going out, a condensed cartridge 6 is fitted into a slot portion 23 of a charge unit 2 and a power plug 51 is inserted into a socket provided in each house. Then, a direct current is supplied from a regular power supply part 5 to the condensed cartridge 6 to charge an electric double layered capacitor 61. If there is no time to spare, the condensed cartridge 6 is fitted into the slot portion 23 of the charge unit 2 and the charge unit 2 is fixed to the roof of an automobile. Then, a direct current is supplied from a wind power generation part 3 and a solar battery part 4 to the condensed cartridge 6 to change the electric double layered capacitor 61. When the electric double layered capacitor 61 is charged, the condensed cartridge 6 is pulled off and fitted into a slot portion 13 of an electric heater body 1. Then, a direct current is supplied from the electric double layered capacitor 61 to a heating wire 11 to generate heat in the heating wire 11. |
