PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match the frequency of a preferential service, which is applied to an IC card owned by every user, to every user without remarkably changing a system. SOLUTION: To a memory 7 for application program(AP) storage, the new write or additional write of a point application program applied from an information processing terminal 3 is performed by a CPU 5. Actually, the erasure of a program stored in the memory 7 for AP storage based on a command from the information processing terminal 3 or the like is performed by the CPU 5 as well. Information such as transaction history of the IC card owner or point number for various preferential services to be applied to the IC card owner is written in a memory 9 for data storage by the CPU 5. The transaction history is applied from the information processing terminal 3 to the CPU 5. The point number is calculated on the basis of the transaction history by the CPU 5 while using the point application program. |
