PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation plan adjusting method and an operation plan adjusting system capable of speedily adjusting an operation plan for suppressing the problem of the deterioration of commodity quality caused by the fluctuation of an operation result and the increase of cost caused by a temperature rising in a converter when the operation result fluctuates from the operation plan. SOLUTION: An operation result is taken in (S201) and a set operation plan is compared with the operation result (S203). An operation fluctuation prediction processing for predicting a process where delay occurs from the operation plan in subsequent operations based on a compared result is executed (S204). When the adjustment of the operation plan is required from an operation fluctuation prediction result, the input of a restriction condition is received (S207) and the operation plan is adjusted based on the restriction condition and the condition of an order content (S209). An evaluation index is calculated for evaluating the adjusted operation plan (S211).
