PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure, wherein a current concentration is hardly caused in the connection of fellow wirings with each other, and in the connection of an element and the wirings. SOLUTION: Three slits 17a to 17c and three slits 17d to 17f are respectively formed in each wiring of first and second wirings 10a and 10b in such a way that the arrangement intervals between the slits 17a to 17c and the arrangement intervals between the slits 17d to 17f are gradually extended from the side of the intersecting internal angle 40 of the wiring 10a to the wiring 12a being extendedly provided in the direction intersecting the direction where the wiring 10a is extendedly provided, the path of one part of a current is changed by these slits 17a to 17b, and the current passing through the internal angle 40 is limited. |
