PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance by mounting a thin plate end plate covering an end of a magnet, to provide a flank of the gate of a resin filling type at a balance adjustable lower end plate, without increasing a defect in a complicated shape, filling a resin so as not to move the magnet, eliminating sounds, vibrations during operating of a motor, cracks, cutouts of the magnet during transportation, to further fix the end plate to a core without clamping it by a bolt in the case of filling resin in a rotor for embedding the core having an axial a hole and the magnet in the core. SOLUTION: In the rotor for embedding a magnet in a core 1, having an axial hole 6, a plurality of holes, are provided in addition to a magnet hole opened at an end, thin end plates 10b are provided at both ends of a balance adjustable upper end plate 3, a lower end plate 4 and the core 1, integrally fixed by a clamping pin, a protrusion 13 is provided at a position opposed to the hole 12 of the core 1 at a plate 10b, the hole 12 is made to engage with the protrusion 13 to mount the plate 10b at the core 1, and a magnet 2 embedded in the core 1 is fixed through resin filling.
