PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both cooking functions of convection cooking and grill cooking to enhance food cooking efficiency by swingingly pivoting a guide plate for inducing microwaves on one side according to a cooking function to a wave guide whose ends are extended into a cavity and having both direction flow paths, and fixing a plasma bulb for generating radiation energy by heating on the adjacent side to one side flow path end. SOLUTION: Microwaves from a magnetron 3 are induced in both directions with a microwave guide plate 5 swingingly pivoted with a hinge on the inside of a wave guide 4 and for controlling a swing of a specified angle with a control part, a flow path 4b on one side proceeds to a turn table 9 on the bottom inside a cavity 2, and microwave heating cooking is performed. A plasma bulb 13 of the top to which a flow path 4a on the other side proceeds by switching is filled with high temperature plasma component with microwaves, intense light beams are radiated, and grill cooking is quickly performed. Installation of a blow fan 12 on the side is useful, and high temperature radiation heat is forcedly circulated by convection downward.
